Isn't this a self-solving problem? Women prone to falling for the career meme are outbred by women who are willing to raise multiple children. Sure the deciding factors are not all genetics, but behavior patterns and beliefs usually pass through generations.
There will be a population crunch but breeder pockets will eventually emerge. The only risk is of society turning into a dystopia (an actual one) and you get the government officially prohibiting pregnancy for native citizens.
