It took like a year or so for Kazuha to rerun and the game a has many more characters now. If you're even mildly interested in Ineffa I'd say roll anyway to be sure.
That said it's your call in the end, just don't come here crying after the trolls/genshin antishills drop the mask and reveal they tricked you and probably more than a few others into skipping a meta unit. Or do come because it would certainly be hilarious.
