was warm but forgot to pre-hydrate so pushin' hard and could feel self gettin thirsty

pushed too hard but ended up findin some water and drinkin

but the cost was later felt just very sick. i dont know exactly why. had it before after less hard runs. its like a weird bout of vertigo

as joggin last part of run just tryina get home

not only do i roll my ankle on the road (but not in a bad way, felt no pain like i have rolling ankles in the past)
