I only use local AI models so I am not sure if it is easier to do with NovelAI but I don't think you can do it with prompting alone. I tried making the image you described by inpainting everything step-by-step.

1. Generate an image of an empty bed.
2. Inpaint Marin having sex with a black guy on top of the bed.
3. Outpaint the image to the right so that it has enough room for Gojo to fit in.
4. Inpaint Gojo kneeling in front of the bed.

I had a lof of trouble trying to get Gojo kneeling in front of the bed but I may be doing this the wrong way.
