With so much noise and propaganda on both sides I make my assessments on the actions everyone can concur on what is happening or what has happened.

>Russian stalled out convoy.
>Russia retreating from Kyiv.
>Ukraine making gains in Kherson and Kharkiv.
>2023 counter offensive stalling out and failing.
>Invasion into Kursk and retreat.
>Operation Spiderweb
>Russian prodigious Shahed drone strikes in July 2025, indicating greater manufacturing capabilities.

Spiderweb and Kursk has convinced me that the priority of the AFU is not to take their territory back but to destabilize Russia. The manpower and material poured in the incursion into Russia could've used to fortify their defenses or perhaps even making another counter offensive. Spiderweb is likewise a waste of potential. Although crippling one leg of Russia's nuclear triad does matter, it does minimal to help the AFU's crumbling frontline situation. Yes, some of those aircraft did carry cruise missiles that were launched at cities but Spiderwebs innovative surprise attack would've been better utilized at recruitment centers, drone factories, ammo depots, etc.

However, its clear to me that crossing your fingers and hoping for the Russian Federation to collapse internally is copium. I know, I was on it until winter 2023. I seldom watch Russian commentators because they have a flippant attitude toward Ukrainian lives. Yet now, we have "Pro Ukrainian" sources sounding as delusional and apologetic as Vatniks in 2022. "Slava Ukrani" is for preservation of the Ukrainian people not fighting down to the last man.
