I think I'm pulling the trigger on the 143 key Shepno set from YMDK, hopefully it arrives before my anesthesia. Fingers crossed it's good and that it works with the 100% layout.

There was also this 161 key set that was somehow cheaper, by 10$, but it comes with these weird dried vegetable colored caps. Guessing they might be thinner somehow.
