No he didn't. This sperg goes for his gun right at the start of the video, it just took him 10 seconds to get it out of his fanny pack. He's already pointing the gun directly at the old guy when the old guy draws his gun.

So good luck claiming self defense from an 80yr old, wheelchair bound, man with a knife when you were already standing 20ft away from him when you shot him. And it can easily be counter claimed that he only pulled the knife out because he saw the sperg fumbling for his gun.
