Steven Cross (Dr Cross), age 33, has been charged with trespassing and assault after refusing to leave the house.
According to reports, there was a dispute over how little screen time he received, despite having paid $15,000 to be there.
As a result of the incident, the livestream footage is now considered legal evidence, which is why the stream has been suspended until further notice.
