I'm going to be honest and this is gonna get a lot of shit from the thread, but if you're into swinging and netorase TiTS and CoC2 aren't that bad. You're wading through an ocean of mediocrity to get there but it's one of the few games where you can willingly and enthusiastically engage with swinging/ntr without it being misery porn.
