Let's break it down then shall we?

1. He's not posting these in the context of "interstate commerce". That is more so aiming at companies / apps / websites that directly provide the service. He's an individual who's posting on a thread website for anonymous individuals using a discord account that would only suspend/ban his account if a user were to report him. Federally, he wouldn't be targeted.

2. Even if someone else were to use his edits to "harm" someone. Assuming he burns his discord accounts every so often, it wouldn't lead back to him. Especially if taking extra precautions like using VPN's and etc which although 4chan blocks most, but not all. If he's smart about it.

3. He's not using an official domain of his own to distribute any of these images. He's uploading on 4chan which has threads like /r/ that are strictly nothing but A.I generated requests and fulfillments. So it ultimately falls upon 4chan to have to regulate these new rules to stop wizards from posting. At that point, he's on his own to try and advertise.

He's technically free from prosecution since he's using the loop hole of using 4chan to post until they have to fulfill the deadline of enforcing those rules in 2026. So he as well as all the other wizards in /r/ are fine.
