Its so tiring, they don't really say anything else that conveys the wrongness in making you think you are fucking your mother in this world besides calling themselves mommy its just slop. Audios that actually delve into the tabooness of it are so hot, some examples being there actually build up, a slow burn, (the long the better!) to really set the mood before the main event that gives you context and really makes you feel like you are the son of the speaker in the audio. The speaker often referring to her self as "mother" and "mom". The mother saying stuff about being back home right before insertion or during sex, such as "Welcome back home" or "Back right where you belong". The aftercare portion of the audio where they discuss what they did, if they both felt good, should this just be a one and done deal or continue having fun, ect.
Two audio creators that do this well are both zoeleaves and Angel_Audio if anyone has any other audio creator that can do the incest theme, whether it be mother, sister, aunt, ect. really well please do share I and others who are into this kind of audio would be very grateful! Bonus points if they are from the gwa index or outside of gwa subreddit!

Yet the same time it the dialogue can become too corny if they keep talking about during sex and making superfluous statements back to back. Same applies other incest themed audios as well, you need to find a balance so the dialogue is taboo but not too corny.
