This act was for "protecting" Americans (the dominate cultural exporter of the west) from foriegn propaganda. Except one tiny provision in that law also allows them to use their own propaganda on Americans

Its almost as if women will follow whatever the winning side is. This post gives her way more credit than deserved. Women will only follow what is the popular/winning side.

Keep in mind, women are more likely to fall for marketing campaigns, most ads are designed for them. I dont think it is a stretch to say they are mu susceptible to other forms of propaganda.
