I do have it, and you can tell by the filename even if you don't.
My suggestion is to report the infringing posts (the ones with the actual embeds) to the moderation team, do the same with the b4k archive ones. If the team doesn't do anything then report it on the IRC.
Throwing false accusations is only going to make the moderation team not take the real ones seriously.
