Made some Chicago Style pizza today with roast beef, onions, black olives, garlic and anchovies. It was pretty fucking good. The crust came out crisp and crunhy like a cracker, and the filling was jut ooey gooey deliciously salty. Putting the sauce on top let the fillings cook without drying out. It was honestly pretty great, I don't know why everyone shits on Chicago style pie. Also got a sixer of Yeunglings.
