My goto is the Baikal MP-654k, which is easily the highest quality air pistol ever made but has been unobtanium ever since the war in Donbas started.

If you like revolvers, the Crosman SNR357 and related models are pretty fun, i use the 6mm version for airsoft. Crosman 357 Vigilante is a classic budget option for a target pistol, although the trigger's sloppy.

For semi autos, i have a blowback Beretta M9 clone that's decent. There's plenty of blowback 1911 clones that are also good.
Cool copies of Lugers and C96s if you like that. Stay away from any lever or pump pistol, it ruins your ability to do follow up shots. CO2 pistols are the way to go.

If there's one in your area, go to an airsoft shop and ask to see what they have for bb/airsoft pistols. If a pistol catches your eye, ask to try holding it and dry fire if they let you. If you like it, buy it along with some BBs and oil.
