Viper's feints aren't good enough. It's only worth it to feint heavies and even then the most you can get is 0 and that's by spending 1 bar for super jump cancel feint. On hit you can only feint link into crmp, even on counterhit. Only sthk feint links into crhp and that's on counterhit for 1 bar.

Buff feints with 1-2 more frames so off heavies you are +1 on block and +9 on hit so you can link into crhp. Her damage is good but it's behind stuff like sthk sjc ex burning kick which takes execution and there are characters like Ryu who do more damage with baby combos.
