Immediate consensus that she's a filler 4 star. Maybe some players will fall in love with the character once they've seen her in game, but in general 4 stars are more easily forgotten. Nobody wants to emotionally attach to a future brick.

The design being reminiscent of common jrpg healer aesthetic doesn't stand out as much, but the perspectives we saw in the welkin teaser also don't do many favors in helping fan artists save references to copy. In that animation we got a close up of her face, a profile shot, some blurry distant animations, and her back with the wings and halo. The twitter drip was also from her side.
