Well if you want to avoid losing hope then you should shift your mindset towards only cementing your beliefs in things that happen to you personally. Most posts on this board are ragebait backed by either fiction or out of context news articles or statistics. Most people here probably had one or two bad things happen to them (or none at all and just believe everything here unconditionally) and saw similar things happening to others on places like this and they fall victim to the hate machine.

That being said there is a definite breakdown of the dating market that gives a degree of authority to the hate machine so it's hard to find the truth of it all anymore. Everyone is a retarded asshole and it only seems to be getting worse.

I'm sure you could say the same for a decent number of people here when you get past the bullshit. We're all just hurting in our own ways and need to find the puzzle piece that completes us. It's just that some of us are a fucked up puzzle piece that seems impossible to fit with another anymore.
