can any JP players tell me more about these items that you can use to rank up Support Cards? When will they start giving those out, and should I expect like 2 a year or something?

Kozue's is my actual favorite side event. Very memorable, with lots of great gags and scenes. Everything from the radio show to sacred wall and Seika being based. Great great event.
