Point is, it's by a single artist.
Hoyofair banners are always commissioned. Fanworks aside, it's kind of a ludicrous thing to argue that they don't have control over what their event's official banner looks like.
In the past, we were even told what artists they had commissioned, but this time the artist is unknown.
