IN is the easiest Normal, it took me several dozen hours of playtime (several months irl time) to 1CC EoSD and PCB Normals, I 1CC'd both Stage 6 routes of Imperishable Night Normal with Border team coming right off the high of finally clearing PCB. Meaning, the same evening after clearing PCB, I booted up IN to "start practicing" it, and just fucking cleared it, twice. Obviously EoSD and PCB had already taught me plenty of universal skills needed in the games, but none of the Touhous I cleared after that came that easily either.
