Honestly, as varied as you can. Like, unless you're training someone in a specific outfit (e.g. Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn) ideally you would want her in as many different outfits and settings as you could.
I feel like once you give a girl 10 or so pictures in one outfit/place it burns it into the lora, it's good if you want to gen a character like Harley Quinn but for real people it can be a bit annoying. But what I do is 50 pics in total, 10 close ups of the face, 20 from the bust up and 20 full body. And all those ideally would have variety in poses and angles.
Basically if you have pic related you're golden.
