alcohol typically has a lot of calories, even things like vodka, which is my go to, at its lowest is about 70 cals per shot. this is ratherrr low yes (albeit scary for me) but the other big thing about alcohol is that even like, for me i am a drunkorexic i will not eat so i can use up my calories for alcohol but even with that, alcohol overworks your liver so you cannot properly like .. metabolize food. if that makes sense...?
