You know I just realized, I paid way less for gas under Biden than under Trump. Gas could've been $5 per gallon for Biden's entire tenure (it wasn't) and I would still spend less per year than I do now, for an extremely simple reason: working from home meant driving way less.
But now everyone is forced back into the office, some people everyday, some people most days. Not all companies axed wfh because of Trump, but Trump's administration does hate wagies working from home. Everyone is forced to drive more, which means going to the gas station more often.
Of course, if for blue collar workers, gas prices matter more. However, those blue collar workers, usually earning less, are going to get way more fucked by rising prices everywhere else. I'm not going to spend much time feeling sorry for those who voted for this, not that /biz/ cares much for poorfag blue collars in general.
