This has been on my mind for a while. I believe Kodaka did a QnA back when the game first launched where he answered that Darumi would be the first one to die in a Danganronpa setting because she would kill herself, which I have to disagree with and would be out of character.
In my opinion, she would probably bait someone into killing her as indirect suicide, but she wouldn't directly do it her self. Retsnom made that very clear. Her also talking about slitting her wrists, but never to the point of being lethal as well.
If anything, if Hundred Line was like Danganronpa, it would be more like the first case in Mystery Route where everyone assumes she did it, but she didn't actually do it and we would have to prove her innocence in the fist class trial. I would guess she would bait someone into killing her, but a third party (the blackened) murdered the person she was baiting and framed her.
I just wanted to get off my chest how than QnA answer always felt a bit wrong to me and how a first case murder scenario would go if Hundred Line was an actual traditional killing game
