Robin SHOULD get if, because honestly getting basic bitch Armanent and Observation isn't impressive at this point, and it just makes no narrative sense for people like Robin, Brook, Franky, Chopper and Usopp to ignore it. I'll give Nami a slight pass since her Clima Tact doesn't combine well with any kind of Armanent Haki, but even she would do well to learn Observation.
