sure there are, it's the same as any part of the body I guess?
For me, in particular, is when they have the toe bunion (hallux valgus? I'm ESL sorry), and are too much wrinkly with RED toe nail.
It literally screams old hag feet and turns me off. The best feet are summer teens. Right now every girl has open toes / slippers every time of the day and it's feet paradise. I have a wife that let me play with her feet, luckily they are "above average" in shape and care, so I'm content but, nothing beat fresh teen's / little girls in white nail polish.

And of course, guy's feet is the same as seeing two dudes kissing, simply revolting
