The gist of it is that the bottle of water is only source of hydration (ignoring beer/shots lol) for the next 24 hrs and each hour that passes is one point, so when either Fenix or Raffa drinks from it they gain points for how many hours that have since passed while the other loses the same amount of points and once the bottle is empty the challenge ends. I imagine it's going to end with with Raffa chugging it in a few hours.
