my read on the chisa shit is that 3.x is gonna bring in huge powercreep, and chisa is a wheelchair for the former meta teams. basically chisa is a gift to cartyfags so they don't get left behind. she WILL temporarily break the power ceiling, but it'll just bring the carty and zani teams in line with 3.x dps levels.
