OPINION: Police are always necessary for any society, and the society will get the police they deserve. When society does not care to have good policing, then even police dogs won't care about propriety. This video shows an apparent officer losing focus on THE GOAL, and frustratingly trying to manage the dog as a means to a false goal. This cop lacks a healthy political National Socialist outlook on crime....he's acting more like a Leftist Bureaucrat trying to govern crime. Even his dog has lost all respect, purpose, and drive.
