Overall, yeah, and especially when you compare it to the average DLC for warhams 3, it's arguably the worst. Definitely bottom-barrel of the lot. I like Ostankya despite disliking K*slev as a whole (ill-fitting mistake of a faction), but she's cool. But many dislike all of it, or hate it just because of Changeling (again, a mistake of an LL).
