A few months into 2023 I just though gold and silver could be fun to have. So I bought 5 oz of silver. Then thought ok this is pretty nice but let's really try gold so got my first 1oz. I then knew this was fun to collect. Gold and silver will outlive us all, you can enjoy and learn about history and feel the coins they felt in their hands, and enjoy all the crazy stuff in different purities the new mints make.
Plus you can pretend you're a Dragon.

I understand sir. I had the same issue. Then got the 1oz Perth mint yot Dragon coin bar. I the realized it's the same size as a 1oz Pamp, but this thing was considered... a coin.
Now I just generally store anything 24k in some protective layer, but broke my half oz Noah's Ark right out of the case, and just ordered a pamp 5 gram which I can also justify fondling after insealing it. I think we're both facing the issue of not wanting to damage anything 3000$ plus or (semi) numismatic bit at the same time it's gold which will in fact outlive us all so who cares really?:P
Also mist buyers or shops would just rip it open to test it....I use thus to justify doing whatever I feel like:)
