I am considering pulling for E1S1 Cerydra to prepare my E2S1 Phainon for Anomaly Arbitration in version 3.6.

Should I do it? How much better is E1S1 Cerydra over E1S1 Bronya for E2S1 Phainon? Is it a major improvement, or only a small boost?

Is E1S1 Cerydra an improvement over E2S1 Sparkle for E2S1 Phainon if I want to challenge the Anomaly Arbitration boss directly with a vertically invested team?
