Those sorts of jokes aren't made NEARLY as frequently as the child sexualization jokes are, and they aren't the whole premise of the show.
No one watches South Park because it has constant India Jones rape scenes, while there are countless people who watch South Park for of the little boy sex stuff, as evidenced by the sheer amount of shotacons in the fandom (which Matt and Trey are very aware of)
You don't have to be a pedo to enjoy South Park, but acting like the obvious subtext of the show simply isn't there is silly.
