Oh no! The national guard are carrying pistols. This is somehow so much worse than the cops carrying pistols.

They're out on the streets cleaning them up. I find this far less outrageous than the various warrantless sweeps that have been performed by past administrations.

Pic related the warrantless mass mobilization when they were looking for the Boston Marathon bombing. Cops scoured the city entering people's homes without warrants and threatening people with AR15s and the same people clutching their pearls now said absolutely nothing about it.
