I find the posing to be pretty good but held back by the wonky interface. often I'll click on one bone and actually select a different one entirely or deselect the bone I was moving because I ever so slightly mis-clicked the rotation widget.
also the legs do not want to kick beyond a 90 degree angle so you can't tuck the knees towards the chest which is limiting
