Yeah if any faction does return I think The Last Reality is the most likely solely because of this Herald skin. Mind you important lore characters were in the surveys too like Hope and The Origin so I think they could've just been waiting for the right time to return The Herald. There is another character that could return though since they're heavily tied to TLR/The Nothing + had quests hinting that they'll be relevant again when they're needed...
