Abrahamic Religions have always struck me as... Very basic.
God is characterized as some angry vengful king demanding fealty from his subjects through tests and displays of loyalty. It just seems so, so limited to the imagination of a desert-dweller and makes the whole thing sus to me (among other things)

Honestly this is enough alone to kill free will as a concept but no religious person ever wants to discuss it.
>God knows everything before it ever happens
>He can never be wrong, events will play out exactly as he setup
>He created and setup the world
And yet somehow our actions are supposed to be our own?
