>Maybe I'm just a lawlet but why isn't he arrested by now?
Gaming laws give him a degree of legal protection. Its the reason why you can't be prosecuted if you kill someone in a boxing match. I suspect that's why he hasn't been arrested yet, his lawyers are probably arguing that his behavior was protected by gaming law liability.
However in this case it seems pretty clear that his behavior went outside the bounds of the accepted risk of a wrestling match. If he'd just body slammed the guy and hurt him because he did it to inflict damage rather than to safely put on a show then he might have been able to plead ignorance and just claimed it was an accident; but the pummeling he delivered on the mat along with the fact that he live streamed and documented his motives for the attack means that he's pretty screwed.
I suspect he's going to get charged with assault and then he's going to get his ass sewed of in the civil case. That video is an absolutely damning piece of evidence, it documents not only the attack; but him vocally premeditating the attack and discussing his motive.
Dude is fucked. His lawyers might be able to keep him out of jail for a while; but I highly doubt he's going to avoid criminal charges and I'm certain he's going to get fucked in the inevitable civil suit.
