As someone playing the game its honestly not bad once you get past the fucking pink hair bitch handholding you around everywhere. Like christ I was moaning like a 9 year old to just let me explore rather than her telling me im supposed to go to X Instead and your character turns around.
But I dont think its good either the city isnt good looking nor exciting to traverse and the battle system is some janky rotationmash fest.
In comparison to Time Stranger in particular it is definitely the worse buy. Coming off of that I think the game couldve done with some VAs because it is more involved in having info dumps AND also something that kinda bothers me is that there is no text log.
