So think of it like this...
Main character becomes an international incident.
>Think a 15/10 model who finds everyone attractive so every girl thinks they have a shot
>Now picture they are also a promised messiah/prophet of sorts so multiple Lilithian religions worship you
>Now picture you posses the ability to potentially unlock ancient revolutionary tech from a mythical figure that people would not believe real if not for the proof of her existance
Things get out of control and only keep ramping up.
>Starts off not being able to leave the house he was summoned in
>Finally leaves but gets insane attention and harassment and goes viral
>Has to have police set up protections around the home because crowds start forming
>Military has to set up security and take over where the police left off and provide 24 hour escorts due to plots discovered to kidnap the protagonist and send them to rival nations
>Security keeps going up to where they had to eminent domain neighbors homes and convert them to barracks.
>Military set martial law in the town and check points leading to town due to religious pilgrimages.
I'm going to keep going with how much further a situation like this can plausibly go. And BTW there is a real danger to the protagonist being there. Accounts of previous summoned humans usually all go the same.

>Thinks himself invincible
>Some desperate lonely succubi maim and enslave him to use him for seed with little regard for his health or comfort, on seeking to keep him as a pet
>Man usually dies of infection or trauma and the summoner who brought him dies too.

So the Protag needs this insane level of security, especially when nation states all want to be first on any tech from translated ancient texts.
