I hadn't really thought that far lmao, at the time I drew it I don't believe Acetaminophen was a character yet. I was thinking of what it might look like to fit a pillbaby in there. It's about the size of an adult Worker Drone's upper body.
How it actually gets out when Worker Drones don't have a pelvis that can expand to the size of a pillbaby, I have no idea. Maybe in the horny spinoff universe all Drones are born by Csection.
