Pulse/sweep/desp with a bunch of damage mods looks pretty good to me. Basically got most stuff she'd want, so at that point its just a numbers game of "can she kill the modern tank"

I'd probably rate her second place behind robin, it's a little on the boring side but she at least has potential to kill modern units (but only probably with some help)
