The only exception is in NGE2 but he's the hardest pilot to recruit (even in his own campaign) because... well he's a doofus and an overeager dumbass that gets himself and others in danger
There's also girlfriend of steel 2nd but there he's just a comic relief character with an unreciprocated crush, and his yellow plugsuit there is ugly as hell
