For the points at least, I think it's too early to say. The EX+ crafter missions are REALLY unfair and I'm unsure how many points they give, so the moon ones are much better imo right now, especially when the weathers are up. For the relic progress though, you still maintain the boosted rates on the moon for each relic you have finished, so the I-IV research points go much faster there. You still need the level V ones on Phaenna though :[
I haven't done mech ops much but I think they only give you boosted rates for your credits? Unsure if there's xp boosts from them too
