They're straight up just selling residence.

We have an LMIA which is similar to that of the PERM process down in the US. There have been some changes recently that have brought to light a lot more LMIA job postings. Its funny because the bare minimum required hourly pay rate is set to $36/hr. Hint they are not making $36/hr as dollars from that pay are going back to the hiring managers that are facilitating the scam (which is selling residence ultimately)
