This religious revival is not happening.
If it's happening, it's only because people's living conditions are so shit and they have no hope for the future, that they turn to the only thing for belonging and hope they can possibly think of.
This doesn't mean that they actually give a shit about the subject. It's at best just a basic human knee jerk reaction during times of desperation and at worst performative.
