I havent seen any concrete numbers yet but its weird that there is suddenly resources for a military exercise in Belarus while their lines in Ukraine are short on manpower.
Are they going to attempt another Kiev rush? I doubt it, but wide speculation should be encouraged in war where anything is possible.
