Pay attention to text color of the incoming ordeal, it tells you which one is coming next. If you see the ordeal of Noon is violet, move everyone out of the main rooms (and the bottom room of info department), let them fall, and then come in and kill them. They are piss easy and barely deal damage once they fall.
If I remember right, they only show up in the first four departments, and maybe Tiph's.
