Stinger adds a lot. New Low Tech (like the pictured Myriad, basically a carrier Invictus), Midline and Hightech ships, new Remnant ships, and a new faction of gangsters turned semi-legitimate Heg-aligned mining company. There's also stuff like a hospital ship called the Brizo, 'stock' versions of the Starliner and Mora, Lion's Guard variants of the Champion and Gryphon and an NPC contact who will kitbash ships together if you do quests for her.

Oh, and it puts saucy shipgirl artwork on the main menu screen. You can turn that off in mod settings now, at least.
